Reception and Concierge Security

 

We realise that front of house security operatives may be your customers’ first and last point of contact with you.  Our goal is for every one of your customers to leave remembering the service they received for all the right reasons.

All operatives assigned to reception or concierge roles will complete in-house training in customer service.  We also have an in-house hospitality training module that covers reception and concierge duties as well as corporate events and this course can be tailored to your own specific requirements when delivered to your team.

Run in Security have an in-depth comprehensive H&S policy that ensure every single member of staff receives H&S training, our environmental policy takes into account our impact on the local environment and our Corporate Social Responsibility policy is one that delivers real value to all of the communities we serve.

We ensure that our security operatives spend at least twice as much time with our supervisory and management staff compared to industry guidelines –  the net effect is a better service for your site.

We are able to supply a range of specialist roles including, reception and concierge; switchboard and help desk; CCTV operatives; chauffeurs and drivers; mail room and porter services; meeting room set-up (including security sweeps).
